Instructions
Step 1
What you’ll need:

A device that is equipped with Adobe Flash.
While Mac is compatible, IPhones and IPads DO NOT support SuranceBay

Resident Insurance License
-
Voided check
-
Copy of your E&O Insurance
Step 2
Get Appointed with Insurance Carriers through SuranceBay:

Create an account with SuranceBay by using the link sent to you AFTER on-boarding with HCMS. Even if you have an existing or previous SuranceBay user ID, CREATE A NEW ONE.
If you do not have a link text the Admin Team.

Complete your profile in SuranceBay and upload your license, E&O, and voided check or Direct Deposit form.
Continue to Contracting Requests

When it asks "have you finished FINRA AML training"
Select NO
LTC Writer "NO!"

Once you complete your profile you need to go to contract requests
and complete each of them. Once you are done you will have a
"BGA (4)" tab at the top of the page.
Only fill in Required fields. Fields with an “*”
STEP 3
Your contract requests should move from "BGA" to "At Carrier":
* Check the date the contracting was sent out
* If it shows: Producer- You did not fully submit
*BGA- it will be sent to the carrier in the next 24 hours
*Carrier- the contract is with the carrier and you will need to call them directly to check up on it
*If your Surancebay is complete contact the carrier directly to check the status
**Not all requests will move to complete, if you receive a writing number, you are set!**
